Statement of Faith

Welcome to OFHM. We greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Here you will embrace the presence of God, God's Mind and the Spirit of God. We will establish within every heart a Kingdom Culture as we are growing in grace. We believe in Jesus Christ.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our guide for faith and conduct, revealing God's will and purpose for humanity.

God

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things, holy, loving, and just.

Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who convicts of sin, regenerates, indwells, guides, teaches, and empowers believers for godly living and service.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is a free gift from God, not earned by works, but received through repentance and faith in the finished work of Christ on the cross.

The Church

We believe in the universal church, the body of Christ, composed of all true believers. We believe in the local church as a community of believers who gather for worship, fellowship, instruction, and service.

Eternal Life

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to eternal life with God, and the lost to eternal separation from God.
